My Z had just the Stillen Gen 3 long-tube intake plus the Fast Intentions dual x-pipe cat back exhaust. The peak rwhp on a Dynojet chassis dyno yielded 301 hp @ 7200 rpm. After 7 pulls, with the tuner optimizing the ignition timing and A/F ratios we got 321 peak rwhp @ 7200 rpm. This was with a 94 octane blend of Shell V-power Nitro and Sunoco SS100 race gas. This was with the 6MT transmission

To clarify, we said you would see no improvement from just the intake porting. All of the additional mods may help, but the porting by itself would show no notable improvement.

Everyone on here talking about Saul and Admin know there stuff. It’s crazy that Milan doesn’t know the huge scene we have out here in Cali, and the US. The Z makes almost 380whp with every bolt on and e85, I believe z1 has a video on that. I think 320whp is an achievable number with all those mods. Good luck Milan

I haven't heard about Saul, but have heard good things about Moncef's tune, even the remote ones. I would love to get 380 WHP but I will need to do engine work to get to that point IIRC. Even 320-325 WHP should be a healthy jump from what I'm working with now.

Moncef fakes his numbers and pays the dyno shops a little extra to keep their mouth shut when he rents a dyno or does a remote tune, so they can fake it a little for them. That's what he did to my friend and a shop in California told us he was paid extra to fake moncefs numbers

You should check out Admin Tuning. His intakes are impecable. He’s is an amazing tuner for VQ motors. He tunes remotely and he does tunes in Canada too.

FYI. 5th gear is actually 1:1 not 4th. Also, 370’s make max power 100rpm short of redline, so, 7400rpm. :-)

The max power in these Z's is around 7300RPM, thanks to VVEL. You need to go to the rev limiter, You should have around 300 whp with Your setup.

It's weird but with test pipes alone and a tune I managed to hit 300rwhp or just below it at 297 a few times which was surprising and rare.

To the wheels 370s usually make 280-290 stock. 350z hra make around 250-260 hp stock

What dyno shop is this? I'll have to remind myself never to go there. If I want amateur hour I can go to walmart express lube. They could barely figure out how to make a proper pull. In the end it sounds like they got a clean pull, although the 270 torque number isnt possible. FBO tuned 370's get 262-268 max

400 crank with Stillen intakes? Lol sry. Going to need AdminTuning intakes with the larger throttle bodies for that. They have a 400 HP kit, and stillen isn't even close to being on the list. Also, regarding the oil burning, you're thinking VQ35HR, the 37VHR doesn't burn much oil at all.

Well, there's one way to find out. 400 crank equates roughly to 332 wheel at a 17% drivetrain loss. After I put my power mods on the Z, I'll throw it back on the dyno.

It is a realistic number, on pump gas, on a Dynojet dynamometer. I've seen many inflated numbers on mustang dyno's and when other people see lower numbers like this, they get the impression it should be making more, but in reality, those other cars are making less.
