Hi Ollie, I’ve just been diagnosed with combined ADHD and have just been put on elvanse two days ago. I came across your channel and have absolutely loved hearing your personal journey and learnIng how the medication has changed life for you. Your story has really been comforting for me and your videos really do help demostify and educate people on adhd and help other adhd-ears feel connected and less alone. Thank you

Nice to see you bro. Moving house is such an emotional thing, it’s making an inventory of all these objects and what they mean to you. Then there’s the decision to let go of and certain things and keep others. To me, it’s quite a visceral experience and a good time to meditate.

I actually stopped meditating over that time because I felt like I was ‘too busy’, but you’re right, that’s exactly when a quiet 10/15 minute meditation is best!

Ah dude! I really feel for you, hope you have a speedy recovery and get back to work/exercise ASAP. I’ve been plagued with injuries through rock climbing since I’ve started with that, it’s certainly been getting me down, I really empathise with the situation.

Thank you Toby 🤞 Rock climbing sounds awesome! But yeah, I’m sure the likelihood of injury is fairly high also 👎

Welcome back mate! I was just thinking the other day that you hadn't made a video in a while...I was thinking that you might have lost interest so I'm glad that's not the case. Sorry to hear about your injury, that must be hard to deal with. Moving house is also one of the most stressful things you can do too! Don't worry if you don't feel like making videos, everyone who watches is in the same boat so we all understand what it can be like. BJJ sounds good, I used to do Wing Chun before I moved jobs....I miss it. I think MA are good for ADHD, a nice mix of exercise and focus with plenty to learn. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks man, I appreciate that! 👍 I 100% agree on the benefits of martial arts for ADHD (future video for sure!) - it was really helping me to release any frustration and nervous energy, and to just get out of my comfort zone.

Hey Ollie, I’m not buying the whole cracked ribs coincidence 🤔 it too convenient during moving out. I’m sorry, but I need to see X-rays before offering any sympathy 😑
