My Experience with Eric goes back to the LS1tech days and when he and his partner drove all the way to Ft Pierce to tow my trans am back and fixed it. I’m the owner of that C8 behind Erik… he’s the best mechanic I’ve ever had, I also consider him a good friend, he doesn’t do BS and he’s a straight shooter, very rare traits in this town. He’s also a mechanic’s educator, he’ll tell you what he’s doing, why he’s doing it and how he got to that resolution…. @@floridahighperformance These are some things that I have found helpful in my business that help ensure repeat business. Communication, I call or text the customer letting them know when I will be there and I show up when I say I will. When the choice is between an OEM part or a knockoff, I always choose the OEM part, better quality, better job. That's the customer side, my side is making sure I'm getting paid for the work I do. A lot of times, especially in remodels I have to drive away without getting paid. I have to be very vigilant in collecting money because believe it or not, a lot of people will let your payment slide until you remind them. Always get a deposit whenever possible, at least enough to cover materials. At least in your business you can hold the car until payment is made in full. You have to keep up on the money, otherwise you can't pay suppliers, employees, etc. and you won't survive. On another note Eric, I had to replace the differential driveshaft flange on my 2018 CTSV and can't find the torque spec for the nut anywhere. Is it possible you have that info?

@floridahighperformance my biggest complaint about the industry is all the diarrhea coming out of some of these shops mouths and the horrible advice they give. Or the "sloppy mechanics" scene that puts out the garbage builds and then complains their stuff doesn't work and has problems.

A video idea could be on maximizing the Lt4 fuel system and another one could be about port injection since there’s a lot of cars running PI but there’s little to none information about the port injection on the 6th gen ZL1..
