For the Tesla app to be on the Apple Watch, WatchOS needs to be version 11 or higher. My watch is old so it doesn’t support it. Glad I have the Tessie app that is on my Apple Watch that shows everything I need.

Why do I need another Sirius XM subscription? I can just connect the XM app via Bluetooth and as long as you have the online subscription you can use it in the Tesla.

I tried using it that way and I didn’t like it. The interface was too clunky on the phone and the play button is tiny. Took too many tried to get it to play sometimes. Stopped using it.

I’m bummed. I was really hoping for the option to avoid highways when setting a navigation destination. I live in Las Vegas and nearly every destination I enter forces me onto a freeway. Oftentimes it is just easier to stay on surface streets. This oftentimes limits my use of FSD.

I want to know how to exactly use the “Come To Me “ feature. At first last update I didn’t get that feature. This round I finally got it. I tried to use it but it only went back and forward! 😮 Anyway…I really enjoy your videos. I’m happy your dad follows your progress on these videos and chats& that he is very supportive and proud of you. I appreciate you because if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t know half of what I know for my 2018 18 Tesla. I purchased it used. Question…are used Tesla that actually have Self driving and FSD and Auto steer…usually “supervised”? What does that mean. Because I purchased this used and equipment was already installed (I am the 3rd owner) but I purchased used…does that mean I don’t get the full feature of auto steer, FD. Also, sometimes I get 3 camera views while driving when I press on that feature and other times I only get rear view. Do you know why this happens.

First and foremost, check what version of FSD you have. Second, check and make sure what you have is full FSD and not enhanced Autopilot (which are two separate software and have different features/capabilities). Third, since your car is from 2018, it is likely that it has hardware 3, which means that you likely won't be receiving the most up-to-date version of FSD for a while. Tesla is mostly focusing on the newer hardware 4 vehicles now (late 2022 and newer). Fourth, “supervised” FSD essentially means you still have to monitor what the vehicle is doing, and you are solely responsible for anything and everything it does. If the vehicle seems like it is doing something incorrectly, or may cause an accident, it is your responsibility to take over immediately to prevent that from happening. Lastly, if you put the car into reverse, only the reverse camera will show unless you pull up on the display of the camera and allow the car to show both the rear and side camera views. If you manually select the feature, you have the option to do what it does automatically in reverse. The “Come To Me” feature, is part of the FSD package and is accessed through your mobile device. When you go to the summon option on your device, you will notice on the top right, there are a few options to select from if they are available to you. If they are not available to you, then that is either a limitation of your vehicle, or you do not have the full FSD package.
