The "vampires exist and theres a system for blood donations" thing has been done in a movie whose title I cant recall. It got to the point that humans were hunted down and volunteered to be bagged up and milked ad infinitum(or blooded, i suppose). Vampires had to ration the available blood so a racket started when the 10% blood coffee was reduced to 5%

I've missed a 100% chance shot before, I'm never trusting those games again. Who thought it was a good idea to round up instead of down? A 100% chance should be a guaranteed hit, so if it's actually 99,99% and thus can miss, round it down to 99% instead.

From what I've heard, in modern X-com games, you actually have a better chance than what's displayed because we're notoriously bad at making sense of randomness. So a 75% shot is actually a 90% or smth. Originally, this wasn't the case and they had people being like "I missed 3 90% shots in a row! Fix your game!" Anyway, the hardest difficulty displays the true randomness and Ben himself has spoken abt how that difficulty's RNG is unfair.
