When you have an older "muscle" car, people always think you've got a 9 second drag car. You can tell the car people from the non car people when they try to run you down and show "Yea my civic is faster". Well, when you're going 60 and I'm doing 40, I'd hope so. I drive for comfort with a little bit of bite.

Memories....Ami 8 Ami 6.....I learned how to drive in one of these; centrifugical clutch, 4 speeds - in the firewall, 130Kph max, downhill, wind in the back. Great.

I love it. Probably because I love cars, but I also like the high end cars. The most unusual cars, seem to get all the attention. Seeing one of the disposable cars, that has lasted a few decades, gets everyone talking right away. I believe this little wagon needs a Chevy V8 for a little extra power. The old flatheads served their purpose at the time. Now with the new engine construction, and a computer to help the car stop, and to get it going again, they have come a long way. No miles intended.

aha, im also from England but i also struggled to understand. He said "ou cant start f-ing and blinding cause peeople know who you are" -meaning you cant be offensive whilst driving cause it has got his business details on it. The secound part he was talking about it being on the back of a breakdown truck and lots more people saw it rather than just sat outside his business all day..
