Hi Dan, and everyone in this great community.. Oh boy, I've had what my Dr called " Long Covid" it set off a chain reaction in my body and mind, after freaking out, then one by one other awful things started happening, two dogs getting sick, they are my loves and support, so fear from that, my sister chose to abuse me with put downs, so childhood fear kicked in, then I got more symptoms.. UNTIL... I went back to DAN! Dan you got me through a very difficult time last year, and when I came back to you a week ago, I was having panic, anxiety, fight or flight the lot! However after a week of doing the work, it's "Settling" I'm not there yet, but I'm better, improved, I must keep going!! Went to the vet yesterday, and was not freaked out, but a bit afraid, a lot went wrong yesterday, but I i just watched a Dan video, and it calmed my system down. I just know I will get there..I hold onto that belief..I am definitely following Dan daily, and when needed inbetween. Advice is: If you are having a freak out, go to Dans videos and breath gently while you watch him and listen, boy does it help.. Love you all..kerp going!! Xx

Thank you, Dan, great reminder that we don't need to heal, we are already whole, its our brain that sees danger and reacts with all these symptoms

I have TMS, but also tourettes and when my pain gets better, my tourettes (tics) gets worse. I always see this correlation between the two. Makes me believe that when my brain percieves danger it can "choose" to amp up my tourettes instead of my pain level. It seems very much random to me. I know TMS can be all sorts of pain and symptoms so would not be surprised if the brain can choose to amplify whatever condition/diagnosis you have instead of the pain. I heard someone said their pain got better, but anxiety went through the roof. That sounds like a similar experience to mine where you have this "switch" between pain and something else. Ive had surgery for my tourettes few months back, but havent felt improvements yet. Im thinking that my brain is so influenced by all the fear and stress i live through because of old trauma etc, that it keeps the tourettes on a severe level aswell as the pain. Everything feels so complicated when you have different stuff going on at the same time influencing eachother..... I go in therapy and trying to feel my feelings but everything feels turned off. I have suppressed so much. Dont know where im going with this comment, just felt the need of a little brain dump. Anyone, feel free to comment if you have similar experiences.

Thanks Dan. Learning to force myself through the pain thanks to you. Anyone who's worried that it seems to take time because of the fear - it will come ! I know we can all get rid of our fear ..... for that's all it is. I can't get anywhere near the gym yet , but that's ok , and the pain is still pretty insidious, Keep the faith everyone & don't give up . Dan knows what he's talking about 👍

The proof that the pain comes from PD - I had an old knee injury. 15 years ago. I refused surgery. Bought a hot tub in to relax. ( hydrotherapy ) The pain went away after a few weeks. ! ( torn ACL and miniscus) despite the doctor telling me the pain would never go away and get worse as I get older. The only times I felt that knee pain was during stressful times ! Yet during those times - one was moving … I was lifting and hauling and packing with no pain. Until I sat down at night and felt FEAR and anxiety about the move. lol When my girls were very young and hurt their finger etc. screaming in pain. I picked up a ToysRUs flier once -and the screaming halted immediately and the little voice said “ Is that a Barbie Dreamhouse” Hahaha ! She forgot about the pain !!!!!! Only when I experienced a trauma did I feel the knee pain. Most people don’t understand this! The subconscious brain process. I had psychotherapy at age 22. Found a good one. I had so much fear about moving to my first apt and I knew I was leaving a chaotic house ( parents were divorcing ). I leaned so much about my repressed emotions back then. So no need to explore them. I’ve conquered my “ triggers”. I always believed in “ mind over matter” - but the strategies you teach- simple and priceless. Glad I found you :)

Thank you Dan you giving me some hope, I am sick of hearing stories about people who is complaining about nothing, and yes do this and that then you be ok, it’s not that easy for everyone if you have many server symptoms it Dam hard! But in this group many struggles so then it’s little easier to feel that your not so alone in this struggle every day.

Thanks Dan, the lead up to my chronic pain, and probably everyone who follows your videos too, certainly bears out your claim that it is an accumulation of stressful events and emotions that causes PDP, or TMS. I'm now proactive every time I feel my emotions react to stressors. I metally talk to my brain reminding it that fear, emotional hurt, anger, etc do not present a pysical threat. Therefore there is no reason for my brain to activate over developed nerve pain pathways in an attempt to protect me from a physical danger that does not exist.

Very nice video. Good point. I agree it's a build up of things and they eventually cause an onset of symptoms. I found this affermatiom that makes very much sense... LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR REACTIVE MIND! Uncontrollable or constant negative feelings or irrational thoughts come from your reactive mind. This includes feelings and attitudes such as stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anger, resentment, continuing grief, shyness and extreme introversion. Have there been times you felt you couldn't control your own thoughts, emotions or what you did or said? That you were a powerless bystander to your own actions and feelings? Have you wondered why it's hard to get rid of unwanted feelings despite anything you try? Why you stayed sad, anxious, introverted, resentful, angry, feeling low self-esteem or stuck in a breakup, betrayal or other trauma? For days, months or even years? The answers lie in your reactive mind, the part of your mind that remains hidden from you, but that can affect and control you when triggered. " I found this statement interesting and wanted to share with you.

Thank you! What about polyneuropathy pain, numbness, tingling (was diagnosed), and TMS? Is there a possibility that it is still TMS? Is there any stories about neuropathy pain healing?

He has a testimony video on you tube regarding this condition and they are cured, I have done every therapy out there for years no cure, going through anxiety with awful physical symptoms for 30 years but Dan is what I always knew we can cure this, doctors telling me it will never go but we can cure ourselves so I wish you well on your recovery it’s a hard road where we are it’s hell actually but we can do this it will take time sending you love and healing 🙏🏻❤

❤Thank you! Initially, there is a great suspicion. It seems that until we have made the final decision that what is happening to us is tms, there will be no turn in our state of mind, therefore also in the body. Old beliefs are those that do not allow us to heal. One thing is clear, there is nowhere else to go anyway - only forward, and we can choose which way to go. Sending ease and relief.@@jopeskett144
