So much culture in one video. The best part is that all the spiritual systems, religions and teachers mentioned here are just degrees and is not the complete 360. You are the 360. It's know thyself not know everything about black consciousness. All the different teachers and religions only help you to know yourself better. Thank you aris for showing us to utilize living food to promote life and thank you ancestors for your infinite contributions.

It’s not how it’s supposed to be. It should be common and we shouldn’t be thinking about what to eat. We are so confused and disconnected as a species.

Well, I never knew... learned so much by way of Aris describing so many interesting and intricate connections between his personal history and that of the broader African diaspora who carved out their identities and lifestyles amidst the tremendous dislocation they experienced as a result of being stolen from Africa and transplanted into foreign lands. One question: Aris talks about Elijah M sending fish for the people to eat amid the meat shortage (Aris being a recipient), and stated he never went back to eating "meat". So, is that to say fish is still included in his vegetarian diet? I've encountered similar notions in the Rasta/Ital lifestyle, where fish seems to be embraced by some.

That's very concerning. Also, the eye bags and white hair. Yes, he is old but that kind of white hair speaks to a defiency. Be that as it may, the brother has energy and appears to be living a full life❤
