You are so correct, so many people will do some exercises to help the stiffness or lack of movement. They will get relief and feel better for a short while but will suffer again due to the pattern they are in.

I would love to do your program. However, 80 years old, fighting my primary doctor who wants me to have left shoulder surgery for torn rotator cuff tear and right knee surgery. So I will work on rehabbing them with no surgery. In January 2007 I had a massive stroke and told I wouldn’t live out the year. I’m either dead right now and don’t realize it or I have over come it. Everything is getting better but I can’t ride a bike as I keep going to the right. So if I ride a bike in a clockwise circle I will be fine. Thank you for everything you do but I will keep pushing forward

Pangu Shengong a kind of Qi Gong is great to rehab the body gently. Seriously worth checking out...I get nothing from recommending it just know that after all the laternatives I have tried that a decent qigong alongside good diet and exercise is a great holistic combination...plus some expressive art/dance/music/poetry/drama for the emotional side.

@@elchantajista I agree about Asian squats. Do think about making sure there's nothing physically wrong with the structures that make up the knee if you don't get relief right away. Taking advice from the Internet for doing exercises when your body is telling you, by making your knees hurt, that something's up isn't a great strategy. Could your knees just be week and that's why they hurt? Yep, take it from someone who's sat at a desk for 25 years because they said if I didn't have a desk job my back would make it difficult to walk by the time I was 50. Generally, be as active as you can be without pain. The popular phrase "No Pain, No Gain" for most people should be "Slow Gain, No Pain" :)

Don't make posture the end goal....more a holistic side effect from a well engaged lifestyle.
