I will def bear this in mind for when I'm on the market for a $300k submariner.

I'm craving a vintage pointed crown guard 5512 or 5513 submariner myself. PCG subs were made about four years from 1959 - 1963.

Austin, great matter of fact off the cuff video . That’s what we need more of these days is just day in the life of videos. Hope all is well in the land of the rising sun . That Sapphire Submariner is like mirror at a light house .

Thank you - I like this format too, when its a casual topic. For something in-depth, I think my arm would get too tired!

Wearing a Tudor date day , my milgauss is resting. I would go for a pre ceramic submariner no date.

How are you enjoying the 126710BLNR? Doing a comparison between that and the 16710? Would be awsome!

Thank you - glad you're enjoying it! When you come, there are a lot of watch shopping areas here: Nakano, Ginza, Ueno, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Nakano is one of the easiest to get around: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5SZe39seq-Mh7c

It's rare but a watch more suited for Liberace or P Diddy. For that money I would get a Mil-Sub in good condition. Just as rare.

What is the production number for Milgauss?
@watchsymposium3 ай бұрын
We don't know yet. We only have the production numbers for the Subs/Sea- Dwellers. This video explains it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5vJfn1qgLGpjNk

I am interest if you can put your opinion regarding Submariner 168000. I saw in the new Submariner book, this reference was not covered at all, no production number, not existing.. What would be a reason ?
@watchsymposium3 ай бұрын
Because the 167000 "Triple Zero" was a transitional model, to Rolex I don't think it really "counts". They almost certainly have the Triple Zero lumped in with the 16800 production numbers: 81,694 watches. This video of mine about the 168000 is worth watching: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJjbaZSaibxpa5o
