May I suggest you STOP BLOW DRYING YOUR HAIR.. JUST ADD hair GREASE.... and setting lotion SPRAY OR MOUSE... and two stand twist it..... Put castor oil on scalp daily .... Do this under your wig or not.... Untwist shape and wear... Grab some headbands and hair pins... For natural style days ... Don't you take your beautiful mama self outside like you did the other day .. lol.. your hair is beautiful and natural and the growing out is a process... Lol.. however.. simple twist out styles will Work EVERY TIME... HAIR grease with stop from being dry... Setting lotion will hold the way pattern without a nappy looking frizz for a few days... And castor oil will GROW IT... DO THIS FOR your girls too... On days the hair is worn naturally.. teach this maintenance to them as well... Especially to ease tension from braids... 🖤☺️ Yes.. 30 yr stylist and Mother... Gen x here.. stay blessed y'all.. y'all are doing it RIGHT.. ❤

@janinemccaskill5683 that's very possible... I didn't recommend any..lol.. however it's that with TENSION... AND RUBBING .. like sleeping without a satin protector... However for edge cream days.. lol which isn't everyday for my instructions... Train natural hair to lay naturally by laying down with neck or hair strips and pressure.. to tension.. huge difference.... Again.. everything in moderation... And especially in-between the so called protective hair styles.. I see more damage to the hairline that any protection.... Apply castor oil.. lay down, wrap up and sleep... And edges should soften up, grow and lay flatter with just a brush ... More when setting lotion is applied and simply brushed out the some hair grease... I rarely recommend gel and edge cream... Especially for natural hair.. lol.. it's a trend not a lifestyle.. curled, wavy natural edges are realistic for natural hair... Bone straight edged slicked down are NOT NATURAL... so it shouldn't apply to Naturally hair... We just don't want NappyEDGES. OR BALD EDGES ... 🖤😂😂 ALL IN MY OPINION from years of living and serving in the beauty industry.. and having fine and thin fragile hair... And baby hairs are for babies, edge breakages or not African hair.... ☺️
