Love the raw and unfiltered nature of the vlog!! Also, as women there are genuinely days of our monthly cycle where it’s much harder to do certain exercises. I love this type of video Since you asked for requests: If there’s anyway to see even more of your humor too on the vlogs every once in a while, that would be fun…or maybe you talking to people like CC, your interacting with people is always entertaining (not that you alone isn’t still 10/10 AND funny) - listening to the podcasts we see how extra darn funny you are. Random but fun fact: I listen to podcasts to fall asleep and honestly yours is my favorite. (Some are either too boring/dry, too hard to follow, trying too hard, etc and that’s the point never misses. It feels effortless but has a point - and yet flows without feeling overly structured at the same time.) Anyways…I ALWAYS go back and repeat the same episode and scroll to what I last remember until I’ve heard it all- my account must look like a psycho because I often end up listening to it at least 3/4 times 😂 And then I feel like you’re apart of my daily routine haha Every time a new episode comes out I think - yay - finally something good to wind down to (rather than a rando podcast I don’t care about) The thing is, though, the podcast isn’t boring- it’s so entertaining - which is why my brain is willing to give up visual entertainment off my phone and close my eyes…it doesn’t feel like I’m making my self go to bed but I’m just enjoying the next fun thing. And then it ends my day with happy, cozy, joyful laughter as I peacefully drift off. And then sometimes I’ll eventually get sick of repeating the same one and not hearing the end of it so I’ll finish it while driving around. Anyways ❤love your content!
