Love the raw and unfiltered nature of the vlog!! Also, as women there are genuinely days of our monthly cycle where it’s much harder to do certain exercises. It can causes cortisol to spike and your body to recover poorly if you do cardio or HIIT during certain phases - definitely worth looking into 🥰

I was just thinking abt it and I’ve been watching you since I was 12 and now I’m 20! 8 years of watching you, and it’s so strange bc I feel like I know you so well, like a friend practically, to the point where I was completely devastated and definitely shedding tears and praying for you during your time after the accident.
