hi jallaboobs! this video marks the start of a new journey- a journey where i finally start taking proper, good care of myself and overall bettering not only my health, but my life as well! :3 health is greatly overlooked, and taken for granted while it should be a priority. all of my life i've been unhealthy and it's finally time i change that- here i start my road to better health! as i mentioned in this life update video, i figured it would be a good idea to document and make videos about my journey to better health, share tips and things i learn along the way, and hopefully those videos will inspire and motivate you to better yourselves too! (we can embark together!)

It’s totally fine to gain weight even without quarantine, we are all people and our weight changes all the time so it’s totally normal! Do not be ashamed of it! I would love to see your journey bettering yourself and your growth, I’m also kinda in the process of changing my diet and all that and trying to become the best version of myself. It would super motivating so see. Also I want to give some advice about the exercise and diet thing, try not to overwhelm yourself too much over it and take it slow day by day with everything you try to work on including exercise. It’s okay to miss a couple days of working out, you deserve breaks of course. This is what happened with me, and I quit trying to workout cause I kept thinking about it all day like oh I should workout then I don’t do it at all. Just do it whenever you feel like it. It’s also totally fine to have junk food , it’s all about BALANCE! Try having 3 meals a day or however much you can, make sure to be eating the right amount of calories you need. It’s totally fine to have carbs, they fuel your body. I began cooking all my meals and i’m like 15 lmao but I always make like eggs with avocado toast, it’s really yummy and fulfilling. Some salmon and veggies for lunch. I have fruits for snacks sometimes even like popcorn or whatever. I have cookies whenever I feel like it, I used to tell myself it’s bad to eat and felt guilty for it but I stopped and changed my mindset! You can balance it out. Don’t restrict foods you crave, it can put your in a bad spot with yourself. Put in effort and be patient. Compliment yourself on a daily basis and remind yourself of your worth !! I’m wishing you the best of luck, and I hope everything is all healthy soon. You can do this!! Also I cant wait to see you stream on twitch, also for video ideas : vlogging your heath journey, listening to new genres of music or albums suggested by your viewers

Nothing wrong with gaining weight but I would recommend going to the gym with a friend or family member. It really helped me gain confidence as well as gave me energy and motivation to continue to push my self in all aspects of life.

TRIGGER ⚠️ Okay but this is really relatable because I’ve tried to kill myself mutiple times within my life, most half ass attempts when I realized I didn’t actually wanna die. But I genuinely didn’t expect to see 16 much less 19 so it’s crazy to me bc I never planned this far ahead so now I’m lost. I think it's really great that you're in a place you can acknowledge the things affecting u negatively and find ways to change your life positively. Proud of u sis

in terms of food: dont see everything in black and white ( like bread is bad or smth like that) try to see it as a journey as well, it will take time too recognize what ur body craves try to not prohibit any foods, allow urself to eat em if u want to, just try to not over eat them ( tipp: really enjoy every second u have the loved food in ur mouth, or try healthier versions if u want 2) but all in all u should try to have protein, carbs and healty fats in every meal (and vitamines as well girl ( very needed for mental health), and dont be mad at urself when u didnt stick to a completely healthy diet that day or something like that....as i said : it is a journey and with awareness of ur body u will know what ur body( an ur soul) needs and craves

I literally started crying when u mentioned about ending urself at highschool,,, I’m so glad you’re doing okay now and your doing this ❤️ Please take care of yourself and keep doing you! I have some tips that I used and almost have fully fixed my diet:) So basically, don't buy as many snacks and what I mean is unhealthy snacks, I suggest buying fruit and veggies so then when you are trying to binge eat something all you have is fruit or veggies and you will intake less calories if you binge them:)

you should eat veggies, more fruits, drink more water, eat some protein. you can search for diets online, and like choose a diet that suit your needs by reading the descriptions! hope this helped!

look up intuitive eating! healthy eating means eating balanced meals with all the food groups but also listening to your body and allowing yourself to have "junk" foods too (its not really good to label foods like that though, food is food). Also when you allowing yourself to have less nutrient dense foods, try to give it balance. like if you eat pizza, try and have vegetables w/ it
