Welcome to a slippery slope that's even more addicting than pickup swapping!! IMO the Scotch Bonnet is the worlds best pepper. Plenty hot enough with a complex apricot like flavor--perfect. Have fun, wear gloves and a respirator!

Jalapenos are like nothing to me. I burned those taste buds out years ago. I still love the flavor of them though. Same recipe, but throw in a scotch bonnet or ghost pepper will probably do it. Just hot enough I could get a bit of the burn, but too hot for my wife to be in the same room with. LOL! Have fun. Regards, Solomon

The green sauce sounds awesome. I really the green Tabasco lots of flavor not to hot. Can't stand the red Tabasco way to hot for me. Those ghost pepper will be plenty hot. Anyone that says they arn't is just showing off.
