You look pretty healthy to me. If you want, you could try to cook some home made meals instead of eating out and going to the gym (you can also do home work outs with dumbbells or body weight movements if you are uncountable going to a gym or gyms are shut down in your area due to COVID). Not that you should do these things to “look” a certain way but for your overall health and well being. If athletic and toned is the end result, great! If not, that’s still ok too, as you’ll be more active than you were before. Plus the bmi thing is not really that accurate for all people as a whole, as some people will be heavier or lighter depending on their overall frame size.

At 140 you ll be ok, to be lean 120 max at your muscle mass
