They should have given her a ride home or had someone walk with her at 10:00 at noght a young 16 year old girl shouldn't be out by herself.. She didn't call her mom.for a ride because she wasn't suppose to be at Kelly house.her mother didn't like Kelly As a mpther I wouldn't of allowed her to leave my walk by herself at 10:00. Kelly's mom should be ashamed of herself. .
