Great video! The ITA A321neo is truly stunning, both from the inside & outside. Unfortunately Lufthansa will soon take over the airline which I think might destroy this great service. Happy New Year to you and Eric (and his mom too)!!! This is another great video, we want more in 2025 🙂 A shame the crew have kept the same attitude that was pervasive in Alitalia. Is it me or Spanish and Italians working in the hospitality/service industries often lack concern while as people they are just great. Let's hope for the best.

Thank youuu for posting a trip report of ITA! Ive last flown on ITA in october and it was great. Some crew on ITA are nice and some are rude. And my seat didnt recline and the food wasnt that good.

ITA one of the only European carriers that serve a beverage on a short flight instead of nothing or water. Our meal on a 2 hour flight in Business was good asparagus pasta but very rich. The food in the ITA lounge for some strange reason was minimal compared to what you had. Impressed by two meals. I wonder if ITA will be less generous after Lufthansa buy them.

The service on Euro flights is really good, and yes, amongst the very few to offer a complimentary service. I hope that doesn’t go away with the merger.. But I doubt it.

I flew 4 inter European business class routes with them last year on A220s/A320s and I was really unimpressed. The food was poor (even for Euro business standards) and the service was really mixed in terms of friendliness and professionalism. On the plus side, Milan Linate is a very easy and convenient airport to transfer through and the lounge is ok.

The food on intra-Euro flights is quite simple indeed, I’ve recently tried it. But if you get this seat it’s worth it!

Jet Blue has a similar class system on their routes to Europe which include London, Paris, and Amsterdam and have lie flat seats on a narrow body plane

Funny enough, the best pizza I ate was in Japan.. Italian products, but what changes is the water quality. Call me crazy, but there are some documentaries about it on how Japanese managed to master pizza!

Only one engine was running in the beginning, so the pump is on. At the end it’s when the engines are turned off.

ITA is simply Alitalia rebranded. If it was not for Lufthansa taking a majority stake in the company, they would have been bust just like Alitalia was before you knew it. I flew Alitalia many times, never received an attitude or any issues with their crew members.

And seeing the "sleeping" giants, which could still fly in FCO always make me a tear drop 😢 But thanks to your video, I might try ITA one day too😅 Flying long haul with narrow body jets is not my favorite, I always choose a wide body😅 Once again STUNNING video buddy, you never disappoint! I flew TK (Turkish airlines) and I can definitely say that it is miles better than KLM. It's like a cheaper version of Emirates and Qatar.

I strongly dislike TK.. A video on them is coming soon. But on 95% of my flights with them they’re just plainly rude.

I flew them from, SFO-IST. Probably never again. Our flight was “cancelled” two months before departure so we had to call the airline and when they finally responded we were rebooked. Thankfully we were rebooked into their new 787-9(new at the time). Our actual flight was delayed and departed 1 hour 30minutes late and when we landed in Istanbul it took us ThIRTY MINUTES to get to our fricking gate. The inflight service was horrid, the didn’t have our pre ordered meals, but the regular dishes were fine so it worked out. Te crew didn’t care about anyone other than themselves(except one really nice one). Inflight they are an 8.3/10, but our experience was a straight up 6.5-7/10.

Some praise TK. But I hear that TK falls down when things go wrong. It's not an airline that likes passenger complaints !

La verdad es que parece que casi nunca están de humor. En Alitalia/ITA, el 90% de las veces no han estado de buen humor conmigo. Mi primer viaje con mi novia, a Miami a los 18, me lo arruinaron con la atipatía.. Nunca me olvidaré 🤣
