I looooved this episode and all the videos with Mr. Zargatti, in general, he's so funny! That's true that we don't eat pasta with meatballs in Italy, but in Teramo (Abruzzo) we do have something similar called "chitarrine alla teramana" that is a kind of handmade spaghetti with tomato sauce made by nonna (from 6am) and small meatballs (pallottine), it's a must try!
