3. Egg Yolks - 5 (in room temperature)
4. Sugar - 1/2 Cup
5. Mascarpone Cheese - 16 oz
6. Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 Pint (473 ml)
7. Lady Finger Cookies/Savoiardi - 1 to 2 Packs
8.Coco Powder - 2 Tbsp

Another cheese can I used instead of mascarpon cheese

You need to use mascarpone cheese for Tiramisu. If you use other cheese, you won't get same result.
