Definitely not true. My friends dad is bored all the time and asks to be euthanized all the time. He is paralyzed from the neck down and can only talk and chew, cannot sit and bend his knees, it has been 16 years that he cannot move at all. He isn't boring, he just isn't lucky enough to be able to do things, and his family doesn't really mind him and just keeps him in a room with a caregiver.

Poor Nonno and how he had to go through WW2. My grandfather fought in WW2 and Korea. He enlisted at 16. Was fighting at 17. He was just a kid. I miss my grampa John. He was special.
