Grandma Gina, my Sicilian Grandma on my father's side passed away when I was so young that I only have a very small memory of her. Watching you makes me feel what it would be like if my Nanna was able to teach me. Luckily my Hungarian Mom learned to cook very well from my Sicilian Grandmother, so we had lots of good food, both Italian and Hungarian dishes. My mom was an excellent cook and baker and like you did things without exact measurements. When I am stressed, I watch one of your videos and it makes me smile. And at 70 years old, always learning something new in the kitchen! Love you Gina, God Bless!
