Ingredients:
250g of egg white (7 whites) (1 glass)
360g of common sugar (2 glasses)
120 ml of water (half a glass)
1 tablespoon lemon-flavored fruit salt (half teaspoon lemon juice can be substituted)
Syrup temperature =115 -120 degrees
This ITALIAN MERINGUE holds at room temperature for 5 hours, in the fridge it holds for 3 days, the decoration remains the same in the same way.
You can even freeze it and it can last 1 month without problems.
❄To thaw meringue, the general rule of thumb is to transfer it from the freezer to the fridge and gradually let it come to life.
