Thank you Tracie! This pie is quite tasty fresh out of the oven!!! It’s a great way to use up some zucchini! I normally add some hot pepper flakes to it bc I like spicy.🌶️ Thank you for watching and sharing the video!!! That is so kind of you to help me… my views are usually low during the summer months, so I can use all the help I can get!❤️

There are a lot of things I like about this video but my favorite part was the CRUSTY CRISPY CRUNCH CRUST!!!! Great use of the ever abundant zucchini! Great video and recipe Gail 😊

🤣 I almost cut that part out, but what the heck…not too many viewers watch long enough to get to that part🙃 Thanks Eric… I figured there were enough zucchini bread videos out there and this recipe is quite good when it’s fresh out of the oven

@@gailskitchen i feel the same way - i hesitate to post anything that others have done 1000 times before, so putting a twist that is uncommon is the way to do it! this soudns delicious!

It is very tasty right out of the oven with all that cheese! I actually prefer yellow squash with onions to zucchini...I don't think zucchini has much flavor, so I normally use it in my baking for added moistness in a chocolate cake. Cocoa causes extra dryness ☺

Nice idea, I'm hoping that all of the ingredients cancel out that funky sweet aftertaste these "rolls" have. I made Ham and Cheese "Crescents" with these Rolls, Expensive Deli Ham and Havarti Cheese, they were edible but awful, my family ate one out of pity but there was half a tray left that nobody touched. Your IDEA is awesome and very creative, however I would stick with their Pie Crust or even Walmart's Great Value < I actually use that brand to make my Breakfast Quiches every week. For Quiche a metal non stick pie pan is the best, I'm sure it would work out well here, I used to make Quiches in the Pyrex glass dish too, but my crust NEVER got crispy, I tried for YEARS it just never happened, then one day years ago at Walmart I bought a 9" non stick pie pan (Wilkerson) so much better than the Pyrex, (the Pyrex was always covered by splattered baked on juices that have to be scrubbed off ) but the cheap non stick pan it just wipes off... the Wilkerson is around $7.99 and it will change the way you cook. PS, I LOVE Corning Glass (Pyrex) I've been to the Factory and Museum a dozen times....but there ARE other options, I'm just offering some helpful insights for ones that get frustrated from a cooking failure, I've made a MILLION of them, but I've also made some awesome discoveries.

I also prefer a homemade crust and that would be a great option for this zucchini pie. A metal pan is definitely preferable for cakes, brownies, and most crusts. Thank you for sharing your insight...it is very frustrating to spend time and money on a recipe and then it doesn't turn out well. I found the crescent rolls do just fine in the glass. Using glass does increase the cooking time over using metal pans.
