Karl, you have inspired me to buy a cheap place in Spain. The main obstacle will be to stay less than the legal 90 days/6 months and find a trustworthy property management company to rent out that space. Wish me luck!

Hi karl, I was hoping to work in real estate investing one day, but my country is at war and there are no jobs to invest in. I thought I could buy a house for one euro, but my budget is one hundred euros, no more, for renovations and papers. He wished me luck, that my situation would improve and I would achieve my dreams.

I’ve had the pleasure of of visiting Italy last year and fell in love with the architecture , history and culture. I have been dreaming about buying a holiday house in Italy , the only thing that is holding me back is getting overwhelmed with not being able to check the house when I’m in the states ( maintenance, damage, security, possible placing it on Airbnb while I’m gone) . Any tips?
@Karl__Pierre5 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching. You can consider hiring a local property management company that can handle maintenance, security, and guest management if you decide to list it on Airbnb. They can provide peace of mind and ensure everything runs smoothly in your absence.

Just came upon your page. I'm an American currently living in realmonte with frequent business along the south shore (realmonte, agrigento, porto empedocle, siculiana, montellegro, porto, sciacca). Curious about the decision to go with such a modern interior rather than an updated, but still mediteranean feeling interior?

If you haven't sold it yet, I can swing by. I'll be in the Milan area the first week of September and can go down to Sicily. I'm headed that way anyway but only have about 1 week . I'm doing the Schengen shuffle so only have 90 days in EU, then need to leave and that will be at my tail end of my trip. Thanks.

@Karl__Pierre5 ай бұрын
@sleepy0 also you can instead of buying a completely dead 1 euro house you can buy one like this one in the video. If you look up the original videos I paid 5000 for it ...already liveable just needed cleanup. Then you definitely have no restrictions at all for renovation or anything just another house. So wherever there are 1 euro homes there are definitely cheap good homes in the town. Just food for thought!
@sleepy05 ай бұрын
@@Karl__Pierre I'm gonna be honest, I think what I would really love about these is their age, and sadly most renovated ones changed alot about the interior. And I think an interior renovated in the exact periodic fashion the exterior is in, is hard to find, but if I do happen to find one that would of course be a really good call!

Hello. Was wanting to ask how much more you get charged owning multiple homes in Italy as compared to just one? I'm talking IMU, rubbish disposal, utiliities? I own a property in Umbria and already pay IMU. I get charged resident rate for my electricity although I am a non resident. Was thinking of purchasing another small place in Calabria but was worried about the higher rates they charge for such things once you own more than one property. Any advice? Thanks

Sometimes a shoe closet just feels like home. Apparently when this house was built it wasn't an issue then 🤷. But the beautiful thing about life is that we are able to do as we please with our money, when you decide to buy a home in Italy or elsewhere you're entitled to choose the amount of space you want and can afford.
