After the mini series dedicated to the Genoese focaccia a unanimous chorus rose: "Where is the focaccia barese!?". We immediately got back to work. And to tell the story of this famous focaccia bread product we went to Old Bari inside Fiore bakery. Together with Antonio Fiore and chef Domingo Schingaro, we analyzed all the steps of a simple and generous recipe, baked from the same oven for more than 100 years! A journey into our gastronomic past, through the skills of a historic craftsman and a young talent of contemporary italian haute cuisine.
