In this episode, I'm headed towards the High Atlas mountains of Morocco. But in February, it's still deep into winter here! Especially high up in the mountains, it gets very, very cold...

The common denominator among all of Noraly's travels is the amazing kindness and generosity of the local populace. The media and politicians all too often villainize a country and correspondingly disrespect the population at large which is sinful. Noraly's travels are transformative both in terms of the amazing geography she explores but also the amazing cultures and diversity of the local inhabitants. It tends to rekindle one's faith in humanity.

Once again, Noralys search for adventure has brought us to a place FEW of us would ever get to see...The high mountain views, the drone footage and her knowledge of 4-5 languages, while may be limited, allows her to communicate with people all over the world, but it's her wide smile, friendly face and the ability to met people where they are at, either rich or poor that truly makes Noraly a world class traveler. Well done..

OMG...thank you Noraly...many moons ago we Landrovered across Africa, arriving from Spain. My memory of Morocco is that it is one of the most beautiful countries I have ever seen. The landscapes there are, how can I describe, spiritual in their beauty. I have a memory of one particular area, just rolling grassy hills, but unlike anything. Otherworldly. And then crossing the Atlas mountains and into the Sahara....this will be epic. Ride safe Noraly, and love from New Zealand to you and all of you everywhere who love this channel and the beautiful world we live on and share.

My best friend years ago was Moroccan I think she had 7 siblings all older and 1 alot younger. When we went round to her mum's house it was decorated in all Moroccan fabrics and furniture it was beautiful. Her dad had also married a much younger woman that lived a few streets away and had now 2 toddlers which were her brother and sister as in their culture the men can marry a few times. We live about 20min drive from London UK and their home had just had new hand crafted furniture and beautiful rugs delivered. Love the culture and their food as quite often her mum would bring out the evening meal and we'd sit on the floor with this wonderful aroma from the spices & the beautiful colours. Great memories thank you.

What a wonderful day you have to show us! Amazing breakfast, escaping the maze in Bahlil, tarmac road thru the winter wonderland, remote dirt track thru the "middle-of-nowhere", and finally a welcoming guesthouse with a great hot meal. Truly, a fantastic day!! Once again, Alaska proves she up to any track; cobblestone, stairs, maintained dirt and rocky wash out. She earned an indoor overnight, for sure! What an amazing team: Itchy & Alaska!! 👍🤩🏍🤠

I just found your KZbin channel recently. I love your videos. It allows me to see parts of the world that I might otherwise not get to see. I love how you go into a situation, sometimes without knowing the language, but you still make the best of it. People are so friendly. It's a very refreshing take with all of the bad in the world. Thank you for sharing your adventures!

It never ceases to amaze me how common people in countries like that are able to make their homes so nice with so little. I saw it in the Philippine and Indonesian homes when we lived there in the 60’s and 70’s. We in developed countries could learn much from those people if we just would

Morocco has had an unusual amount of snow and cold temperatures this winter. They were discussing it on the TV news tonight in the UK as it is causing shortages of Salad items as a lot of fresh produce is is grown in Morocco and exported into Northern Europe. Getting fresh tomatoes in the UK is proving to be a challenge at the moment because of this.
