FOR THOSE OF You that dont ride a motorcycle, it takes great strength and stamina to ride a bike on these wer, washed out, rocky roads. Wow Noraly as an old retired bike rider you must be exhausted after getting through those rocky washouts. I remember travelling through hundreds of kilometres of central Western Australia in the 1980s on a Yahama XT350 & my arms would be "burning" after some of the rocky sections. I think those people on the bridge will have a lifelong memory of how where they live looks from the sky. It is this type of interaction between different cultures that brings the human family closer together more than any slick talking politicians & diplomats can rarely do.😮

Noraly is indeed far better than anyone else that shares these experiences. Her work is amazing and she certainly deserves her 2.3 million subscribers!

If I've said this one I've probably said it many times. From your attitude to the way you interact with people and the video and drone footage is all completely amazing. I think we should just all watch Itchy Boots and not the news , that would show what people are really like, and we would all be better for it.😎👌🏍🏍🏍

I had a friend from Malawi when we were both at The London College of Printing in London. I have never met since such a calm, pleasant, decent young man like him in my life.

Although I am so impressed with your endurance and strength, Noraly, I must say that ALASKA is surely one of my the most well designed and engineered bikes. She has taken everything you could have possibly subjected her to and kept on going. Honda truly does manufacture some of the best products for this type of punishment. Hope Tanzania welcomes you with open arms and your travels are exiting and worry free…❤❤❤Rick

The Royal Enfields did it without mods and several engine overhauls
@jasonzerbini23758 ай бұрын
@@ekimandersom4478 Several engine overhauls? When were they and what was replaced? The transmission counter shaft was replaced after S6. Piston rings and clutch plates were replaced at that time only as routine even though they weren't bad. Part way through Africa clutch replaced due to being destroyed by the guy helping her through the Liberian mud. I've done engine overhauls and none of that combined fits my definition as even one engine "overhaul". Additional external work done when it flipped out out Pirogue into river but all internals were checked and OK. Furthermore, Noraly's REs didn't go near the distance of Alaska. Basanti went just over 36km. Dhanno 20k. Alaska currently at 66,800km. the REs were not subject to the same level of abuse as Alaska.

Noraly, after travelling through those very technical roads, I am exhausted. Thank you for showing us those parts of the world that most of us will not go. GO ITCHY BOOTS, GO ... 🏍🏍🏍

The motorcycle seems like the best vehicle to travel Africa's backroads. As a life long off road adventure bike rider, I sometimes find my arms turning, my body leaning, and my mind subconsciously picking the best track as I watch your videos. Muscle memory is hard to override.

Love your adventures. You keep me on the edge of my seat.I traveled up and down the east coast of the USA across upper New York state around the Great Lakes through Michigan then all points south through the Shenandoah Valley back to Miami three times in a two years period. I rode as passenger behind my husband (RIP Jerry). That was in the 1970's. I absolutely loved those days.
