@@TiffWaffles Our mother taught her to put it on properly when she was fifteen and she was quite good at it, she was deliberately putting it on like that because she was an attention seeking little fool. She got into bars looking older than she was and had no shame about it. Dad was not about to let that continue. He was old school when it came to age appropriate behavior.

For starters, it is just not a good idea to use someone else's makeup. It is just as bad as using someone else's toothbrush. Second, for those who work from home, their room is also their office, and while they are working in their room it is just the same as those who leave the house to work in some other building somewhere else. Third, if I was the one paying the bills, mortgage, groceries, etc, then I would also be the one at the family dinner table going over the budget at a family meeting, and pointing out just how much each family member contributed to the family upkeep. Keeping that information secret only confuses those who do not understand what a budget consists of, and how fulfilling the needs of a budget is accomplished. Nor does it teach the true slackers anything about family economics.

My wife works from home. Every two weeks she has to make the 3 hour drive to the office for two days. We both retired bought our home in BF EGYPT. They called her to work 1-2 days a week from home for them. It’s turned into full time from home again. She made just under 100K this year. They’re 2 co-owners and she’s the third in charge directly under them. Shes like a CIO and I’m a factory rat. Two different worlds but we get on great. She’s wicked smart to! Before we retired we agreed the first home made dinner. I started at 6am. She started at 9am! After a eight hour shift who would be home first! I can’t believe I feel for that one. I didn’t realise that until about a yaar ago. Man I adore and still head over heels in love with her. 🤔🤷🏼♂️
