Imu looking at this painting of Lili gave some crazy ideas. the most obvious and boring one was that Imu once loved Lili and maybe still even does. but maybe she vanished, because she was the one giving Imu the immortality-operation. or: maybe it is Lily herself looking at a picture of what she once used to look like... maybe the soul of Imu somehow took over her body (maybe in that particular way, Doflamingo wanted to take over the world. or maybe even...
