Half the support base wanted Evatt sacked after the pathetic showing at Wembley and there was nothing yesterday to suggest it was the correct decision to keep him on.There was a noisy atmosphere for the first 20 and went quiet when it was obvous nothing had changed from last season on the pitch.The best Bolton will do under Evatt is lose the play offs.

Good vid mate. Just a point you might find interesting , the floodlights actually hold up the roof , so the fllodlight foundations were built first and go about 25 feet deep.

A bit unfair criticizing Wrexham, our first away game in lge 1 in 20 years, our top striker still out, onus on Bolton to attack us, but thought we were very solid. Wait till Mullin returns, if he had played we win that game 1-0. What away support though, Bolton supposed to be one of the loudest lge 1 grounds were drowned out by the mighty Reds

Two well-organised sides who ultimately cancelled each other out. You were even in the same stand as me! Next time the drinks are on us! It would be great to welcome you to another Wanderers game soon. And we do have the best floodlights around! 🏟 🤍

It was a big day out for a little club, so if course they had a good time. The only disappointed people were those who learned that Wrexham weren't as good as they make out. BTW Carlisle fetched 5000 for their big day out last season, and made a lot more noise, too, but I don't remember Josh tickling their nuts. I wonder why.

The only thing anyone learned is that Wrexham were mind-numbingly defensive and desperate not to get beat And you didn't "sell out" in 10 minutes"... your system broke-down because, as a small club, your not used to handling volume. Have you ever stopped to wonder whet all these 'fans' have suddenly crawled out from, now that there's a bit of money and Disney-magic around the club... or are you one of those new Wrexham fans, too. Are you sat in your trailer in Bugshit, Tennessee,, with nothing better to do than watch Disney+ all day and pretend to be a fan of Wrexham FC, or, even worse, are you actually from Wrexham, couldn't be arsed about supporting your club during the lean days, but now have the gall to come on all big about how great your support is AT THE MOMENT. I've got nothing but respect for the fans who stuck by the club in the lean days... you don't sound like one. And yes, hopefully I can snag one of the 500 tickets that you allocate to us.

Wrexham still had a respectable size fan base and brought a good amount home and away in non league. If your club was rotting in that league for over 5 years, let alone over a decade, then people will start feeling hopeless and not bother wasting money on a failing club where your money goes nowhere.
