Having lived on the Sunny Coast for some 14 years (Caloundra) we were fortunate enough to have visited Australia Zoo many a time & have had personal tours with Steve back in the day. He really was larger than life on & off screen, he never changed with such a zest for life & passion for what he did. The place has really changed now (very touristy) but it's still very much worth the visit! We certainly Miss the Sunny Coast & Hinterland, so many great memories over the years with both our kids being true Queenslanders. Thanks for sharing & bringing back so many memories.

Hi Megan and Jack, great to see you treating yourself for once, your excitement is infectious, I couldn't stop smiling, you so deserve it. And to finish off with Australia Zoo was fantastic. Great video. Thanks for taking me along for the ride. I forgot, the pools were great as well. Stay safe. Steve

Jack's right, magnificent locations, never gets old. Especially when you have them to yourselves. You two are so charming together. The Riverdance house is Gorgeous with a capital "G". The house design takes real advantage of its location's biggest assets - views and climate. I'm a huge, huge fan of pavilion style homes. Or homes with butterfly style rooves. A big fan. If I'm lucky enough to have the means to have an architecturally design home, it would be of this style. Loving the vlogs.

The Sunshine Coast Hinterland never disappoints. Our backyard for the last 14 years before we took of living on the road full-time. Mind you we still haven't managed to leave Queensland ... lol. Great episode, thank you for taking us with you, it was a trip down memory lane. We travelled those gravel roads often on weekend trips, such a beautiful area ♥

Wow guys, that farm stay was beyond 5 star accommodation... I could easily live there as sure you and many others could too... Got to give a hats off to the irwins for their zoo and all they do for wildlife conservation... i'm still undecided if it is bravery or stupidity with the crocodile shows like that, know I coulnt get within 50 feet of one without a safe enclosure. But hats off to them... Great people... Loved that waterfall, you guys really do get to see some of the best contry Australia has to offer...
@itsJackandMegan2 жыл бұрын
You’re not wrong Tony it was a 10/10 from us those views and the way the house was designed made us feel like we were at home. Mad going in the water with those crocs hey! But what an experience that was the Irwin’s personalities are so cool absolutely love them!

I don’t know about you Jack but that water must be easier to get into for girls than blokes 🥶, what a beautiful house you stayed at on that farming property & Australia Zoo is awesome you need the whole day there cos it is a walk to see everything,we did pay extra to go into the Koala hospital where they work 24/7 on injured wild life & Koala rehabilitation, how lucky to see the Irwin’s doing there thing … but I did get a little freaked out about how much of Stev is at the zoo hearing his voice and everything, I use to watch a lot of him as well so devastated when he had his accident. Awesome vid by the way you too are getting very professional 🙂🤙

I have camped in Area 3 for over 20 years, now have had enough of these morons . QLD Parks and Wildlife continue to bury there heads in the sand over this problem , refusing to acknowledge the situation there,doing nothing about it ,even though rules are posted ….. what a joke .
