I usually drink peppermint tea with a few ginger slices this helps when I can feel the headache coming. Other wise if it's full blown headache I have extra strength ibuprofen with my normal orange pekoe tea that usually helps.

I drink blackberry sage from republic of tea and different types of green tea. I really feel good when I drink moringa tea. But I’m still a big coffee drinker too!!🤎

Try peppermint tea for a headache! I’ve gotten bad migraines this year and the only thing that has helped a little is peppermint. But usually I just put peppermint oil directly on my temples if it’s bad and that soothes it, or even chew peppermint gum. But tea should help too.

Black tea is ideal when you have a headache! You can get a black tea blend if you don't love the taste of plain black tea. Also, don't leave the bag in your cup for more than 5 minutes. This will ensure is doesn't get that bitter taste ;)

I have the daith piercing in my ears, if you get a curved barbell you can't even see it. It totally helps with headaches. It has something to do with like acupressure points or something. I know you said you don't get them a lot, but it's still totally worth in my opinion when I get a headache now it's so much more improved than it was before getting these piercings. Literally, almost every female and some of the males in my family have gotten this piercing done, it's that amazing. I got it approved by my boss thinking that you might be able to see it but most people don't even notice it's in there I've only had like three people ever notice it they had to be super close to my face.

I wish tyler’s comments were on! Anyway to answer your question... my boyfriend and I usually go to bed at different times. I’m in retail management and usually work the morning shift and he works until like 10:30-11 at night. So we’re on opposite schedules.. he’ll usually give me a kiss or snuggle and wake me up just enough to be like “hi I’m here now too ready to sleep” it’s nice. On the weekends I’ll usually fall asleep on the couch (he lives with 3 other friends and I kind of live there too) and when he’s done playing video games or doing boy stuff he’ll wake me up and ask if I’m ready to go to bed.

Peppermint tea is the best! And I love combining lavender and peppermint essential oils with my Advil. Also trick I learnt from a nurse is to take Advil and Tylenol together!
