There will be limitations but at the same time it is possible to increase your vert from home. Will work on it!

You ever think of Canadian elite basketball league? I've been to a few games and it's quite competitive.

They are super competitive and it's a really good league but lots of great international and Canadian talent in there so not the easiest to make. However I'm finally moving close to 100% and getting back to training 100% too so I'm ready if there is any opportunity in general

That will target your triple extension in a different way, if your talking about trap bar. Leg press and squat will be best for this exercise

15 is still young and you got tons of time to work at it! I would work on technique towards transferring speed into a vertical jump as well as some of the tips I’ve mentioned in the first video

Outside is more impactful on your knees which is actually why it's very important to learn how to land and absorb landings as well. Plays a huge role in the journey of dunking. 13 is very young! You got a solid start, keep building on it

Depends how old you are, how much you’ve lifted before and what kind of foundation you have but I’ve seen a lot of people who dedicate themselves to training and recovery be able to do it

That’s not bad bro! I would work in starting to work on a great foundation and building strength in those legs. Muscle strength and muscle endurance! Have you seen the first few videos I’ve put out in the jumping series?
