people can get so weird about youtubers using ingredients in nontraditional ways (pasta, stir fry, curry dishes, etc.) but like.... if you want to see traditional dishes then you don't even need to watch youtube in the first place, silly people! it's about being innovative and creative! looks delicious, I'd love to try that pasta salad :)

Some of you guys are being really negative about the curry sauce, but I made that pasta tonight and it's one of the best vegan dishes I've ever had. It's definitely on the sweet side, but you can always adjust the amount of sweetener you add. Or just don't make it! No one is forcing you lol.

I made the maple curry pasta for dinner tonight, I didn't have any penne so I added udon, red and yellow pepper, onion, mushrooms, that at the end, spinach. My family's response was 'restaurant quality'!!! They loved it😀 thank you Liv
