I just saw a huge amount of your videos rn because I just discovered your channel! I’ve been flirting with veganism for about some months now and I’m still not prepared (mostly because my family isn’t vegan, so I would have to cook almost everything I eat), but contents like you and Mina Rome are helping me fall more in love with the idea everyday. I also saw documentaries about veganism and I know the intricacies meat has into our environment and a whole bunch of reasons that I’ve been seriously thinking about. Anyways, I’m definitely becoming vegan along the way in the future and I’m already introducing vegan culinary to my family and myself! Congratulations on your awesome content. I JUST made the sweetpotato tahini sauce for the Zucchini noodles and mixed veggies I made. I dont know if i put the correct amount of ingredients but OH MY GOSH ITS SO DELICIOUS! I didnt bake btw
