Your videos bring something special to my day and I thank you for that. My son does not understand the compassion that I have towards the Jewish people and why that even though I am a Christian I pray for Israel and all of her people. I remind him that the prophet that I follow (my Lord and Savior) is Jewish and that by honoring His people I honor Him. Could you tell me where you bought your recipe book? I love to cook and trying new foods is something that I learned from my father (military). He taught us that to learn about a people you must share a meal with them. Well have a wonderful day, Shalom and God Bless.

Mozel Tov, My mother was an amazing cook and watching her as a boy, I started cooking when I was only 3 years old. In spite of the fact that she wasn't particularly thrilled that I figured out how to use the stove without her being near at only 3, she always encouraged my cooking and would have me help her with all kind s of recipes. As an adult, I got into a habit of researching the 'essence' of great recipes so that when I evolved my own recipes, they still kept the essence of the traditons of the food. I mention this now because in my experience (that's 46 years of cooking now) I've never seen anyone make a Challah without eggs. Now, clearly it isn't a vegetarian choice, since you said you buy chicken, so I wonder why your recipe doesn't use them? Do you know? My mother never made a batch of 4 breads in one bowl either, but the math is pretty easy there. If you know why your family recipe is missing one of hte 'essential' ingredients, I would love to hear it. Shalom.

I have made four all together. But I mix a little at a time. I use eggs. I add each ingredient slowly and mix between each. I found it strange this had no eggs.
@llywyllngryffyn80533 жыл бұрын
@@reflectionsinthebible3579 It sounds like you make it like a cake; which is fairly appropriate from the way it turns out, usually. I just broke in two new bread pans with fresh challa. I know, everyone who does a recipe loves to braid it but the very first time I ever made one, I put it into a bread pan and my mother loved it. On holidays, I like the braided ones because they are always just buttered and honeyed and thats great for it. At home for a regular daily bread, I like a sandwich fairly regular and those braided breads are not as covenient for a nice sandwich.

I have never made it before but am super excited to try it! And I'm glad I found your recipe and video so I can do it right! My mom explained that without all the right steps and prayers your bread will not turn out right. And I am looking forward to trying it! I did subscribe to your page! And watched a few other videos and I will continue to watch in hopes it will help me deal with things. ❤️ I also was curious as to what size bowl you are using? It's HUGE!! Southern angel ... Hi. If you wish to convert it is best to either speak to or text Rivka or go to a Rabbi locally (or the main synagogue that covers your area. [Messianic Jews are Evangelical Christians with a mission to convert natal Jews to Christianity]. Judaism has a 3½ thousand year history with a build up of original scripture unchanged from those times to ensure continuity. When Christianity emerged it had subtly and dramatically changed the grammar of old scripture via Greek interpreters and enforced it's claims to a largely illiterate society. Please see Rabbi Tovia Singer's YT vids. I wish you all the best. In my thoughts and prayers to find the best way forward.

Most of the recipes I have just say to let it double in size, this time I let it rise for about 4 hours (while I cleaned the house). Well the flavor and texture was so much better. If you want it to rise regularly, keep it in a warm place for a few hours. But sometimes you want to make it the night before, if you left it out, it would get sour. But if you love it in the fridge overnight it rises slowly md I ready for you in the morning.

@mayaalicia1697 жыл бұрын
Actually, that about artificial vanilla is not true. I definitely agree that pure vanilla is best, there are no beaver involved in artificial vanilla. Beaver secretions does have a vanilla musk, so you have to be careful when buying expensive perfume. However, it is too pricey and rare to be used in cheap artificial vanilla.

King James Version Holy Bible John 3:16-17 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:18-21 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Acts 16:31 “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Prayer of Salvation: “Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner.
