Can you give advice on how to hit the high notes on the violin? I can’t go to the right spot for the high notes and it’s just not the right note.

1. Practice it slowly 2. When you shift to the high note and hit it, don't immediately move your finger away. Think about what could be improved. Did you overreach? Underreach? What will you change the next time you try it? 3. When you reach the high note, compare it to its lower octave counterpart to make sure it's in tune. Or use a tuner. 4. Don't treat hitting that note as moving your hand to the unknown. Have a goal in mind for where you are going, and you must be able to hear the note in your mind before hitting the note. When you first begin shifting, don't rely on finger memory because that's unreliable. Rely on your ear and the finger memory will come after that 5. Practice 3 octave scales that take you into the higher positions so that you can get more familiar with the higher positions and where all the notes are hope this helps!
