At my class 2019 i cant find the option „comfort“ where i could turn the ambient light on, but i can see the LED are installed. I can clearly see these fine thin plastic strips.

Thanks Ivan, this is indeed a very useful video, much more comprehensive and practical compared with the 'owner manual' I have one question, I have nothing uploaded in navigation system (no maps available) do you think this is standard feature or just the dealer in my country wants 'extra money' to install maps, when this is mandatory to download to cars per country (in my case Argentina)? Unfortunately here is common to get a product and then undercover costs per features/things originally installed in all countries. Thanks for your reply.

Difficult for me to say how the options are positioned in Argentina. Look into the spec sheet of your car should be there something like "hard drive navigation"

@@IvanSensei Thank Ivan, I called the dealer and they replied car configuration to our market even to ´progressive version is requested without navigation systems which with all respect I consider ridiculous! I can understand 'saving' in non fundamental parts and accessories, however, navigation system is the core of MBUX. I am VERY disappointed!

I will keep trying claiming for installation to my car dealer, until the point of reaching Mercedes Argentina or Germany if necessary (the voce of the customer needs to be listened) Best!

Thanks! You need to have active route guidance for augmented reality navigation to work. Second one is distronic, you should have it on the left side of the steering wheel, it's like adaptive cruise control.

If you buy that option then yes! In some markets you have only full screens option, here you start with both small screens and then you can opt for more. My new A220 has both screens large

Depends which cable do you have. You need Lightning to USB-C cable, this is now with new iPhone 11 Pro, or you can buy one separately for like $25. There are some adapters for classic USB-A cable but I find dedicated cable to charge phone faster.

Never happened to me, I waited in car for at least an hour and no shut down, only time when I experience this is in showroom when people play with infotainment system all day long and car doesn't drive at all so battery is never charging by driving
