Why the second door has different door dimension? How it work?

Basically It works in two different ways. Normally only the biggest part of the Door opens, with a row of seats occupying the rest of the space. When a wheelchair needs to be loaded, the seats fold towards the front allowing the second part of the Door to open and the ramp to be deployed.
