Sometimes we feel better to have rice porridge. That too in this hot season. So there are some dishes perfectly suit to rice porridge. Here is a gojju, a curry recipe from ivy gourds. The method of preparing it is very special. Because we make some chains of ivy gourds, place them inside cooking rice porridge. Both cook at the same time. Later the smashed ivy gourds are added into boiled and cooled tamarind water. Salt, jagery and chillies required are added to the water priorly. It tastes so good with rice porridge, which results in a heavenly meal
