Hi Kathy, it's good to be back. Struggling with one hip, especially pigeon pose, but i dont have tight hips, and my warrior poses, so I try not to over do, nor under do. 💕

What will you use the bolster for? You can also roll 2-3 firm blanket, use firm pillows or a combination depending on the posture. Tell me more. 🙏🏻

Dear Anandhi, one can start headstand at any age. It’s not really based on age but your physical ability. Your practice should be built from the ground up. Standing poses, arm mobility and strength, I.e. downward dog, chaturanga, handstand. Make sure you can move your shoulders down, pressing the forearms to the floor.
