@@iyengaryogawithstephanie Yes Stephanie, I am very cautious, that's why I reach out to you for input. Thank you. He has pins in his lower back L 1 - L 5. He is physically very fit and regular at the gym. Used to work with his body ( sometimes to hard ) The fusion was done 6 month ago. He would like to start Yoga to get more flex-ability , specially in his hips. Thank you Stephanie
