Very nice spot and parkour move and i don't know what type of shoes you have but if you want better grip it depends where but basketball shoes are pretty nice for parkour ❤

Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. I wear these light type of hiking shoes, they work well with climbs jumps and working in the farm too

I don't do any specific training , I just stretch do push up and train here on these walls, I've been doing this for 6 years now, so I learnt step by step to get this good! Thank you for your comment😊
