A few things I didn't see mentioned- So Yunjin, aka Jennifer (She was born in Korea and raised in upstate new york). She speaks multiple languages and French is one of them. She's part of Le Sserafim which is under HYBE in Source Music Label. She writes and has been dabbling in production as well for her group. She also was an active ARMY who used to even join in on ARMY's Selica day(Selfie day). So she's like one of the most successful ARMYs as she's done dance challenges with both Yoongi and Jungkook and now here she is on a song of J-Hope's. I recommend her own music as well as Le Sserafim in general. There's very few girl groups that impress me.. but they're the only girl group I can say has no skip albums. Along the same lines- Yoonmirae- aka Tasha she's quite famous for being one of the breakout female rappers in Korea(she changed the game for a lot of female rappers). She's been in the industry a long time. She was raised in America, she mentioned going from NY to Texas, she's also the wife of another legendary rapper- Tiger JK. Tasha writes and produces and mentors along with her husband a lot of newer rappers and even idols. She's very talented and deserving of her legendary status. Yoonmirae also noticed Namjoon's talent years ago and gave him a shot on her groups song- Buckubucku, by MFBTY. It's the song that introduced Namjoon to Tiger JK, one of his idols and people he still looks up to. You should check out some of her other stuff in your own time if you want. She's amazing. Neuron is the name of Hobi's old dance crew. The crew is still around and while there are some new members, a lot of the old members are still around- some of those members are in this video. I think one of the main ones who are missing is just Bangster, I didn't see him but he might have been busy as he does run his own dance workshops around Seoul and even goes overseas as well. Bangster is/was the leader of Neuron and is still active though he is a busy dude. He and Hobi are still close though, as he is one of the mentors who taught Hobi how to dance. Neuron activated their KZbin channel and they have some videos of them dancing to Hobi's music. It's fun to watch, so I recommend that too- even if you only watch it in your own time. Hobi had enlisted already, so I think that's why he's not in this video. Hobi and JK just know how to harmonize and it never fails to impress. Hobi knew JK would be the best fit and you should check out the docu series on Prime because we got a little behind look of them recording. 💜

16:58 Benny Blanco is a producer - mostly Pop & Hip Hop, I think. He's a BTS fan who also produced a (forgettable) collab. with BTS & Snoop Dogg. Nile Rodgers is a living legend. He was a founder & the guitarist for a 70s Funk/Disco group called Chic that set the musical standard for a lot of people going forward. He's also an incredible producer & if you want to understand more about the history of Black, aka American music, you need to listen to Rodgers' work.

Members of Neuron, jh's old dance crew, who taught him to dance, are featured in film. My take is that Neuron allowed jh to achive heights thru dance and the various jobs depicted are ones his crew may have taken on thru the years, and the little dancer represents jh when he learned to dance from Neuron. This is jh's tribute to Neuron and dance, his roots.

29:08 That's what hobi writes like for sure 😭😭😭😭✋ You gotta read the lyrics like 3 times before you get the meaning. He writes like he is mapping out key words. You are definitely like that to but while speaking. 39:37 yess i think you are right. His dancing has an impact on the message. Dance is movement and positivity. I love how hobis music is always about the connection between people and the world. The on the street verse... man started writing like he was Ralph waldo emerson or something talking about nature and stuff. I love when they straight up write poetry and prose instead of using normal rap structures. And it fits the song so well. Adds to the atmosphere of hope. If you are into reacting to dance stuff... you can watch the hope on the street documentary. Its like 6 episodes and 2 are already out. Yoonmirae. She killed that verse indeed. She is a korean rap legend along with her husband tiger jk. RM had tracks with their group as well as gecko who is from dynamic duo another og rap group in korea.

You need to fall into a Yoonmirae her real name is Natasha she is black Korean, she is one of the reasons black music and hiphip and rap, got Destigmatized in South Korea, she faced lots of racism and discrimination, but she pushed through, she is a Legend she and her husband are now guiding and training younger rapprers, and show them the right way to approach it without cultural appropriating. Recommend her Song Black Happiness, Hobi auditioned with her Song for Bighit btw. Neuron is Hobis old Dance Crew pre BTS, you met them in Hope on the Street Documentary, the first 2 Episodes are already out on Prime.
