If the self was assembled, synthesized, and made through thought.. who made the thought.. Certainly not the self, then who made the thought, shaped it, and made it into the form it is. We cannot blame the thought and be silent, who is behind this thought or what controls the thought? Is there a third entity in addition to the thought and the self? Also, what is the scientific evidence that brain cells change when someone changes conditioning.

Science only deals with the material/ physical world. If you study Theosophy there are seven higher worlds with their respective seven sub-planes intertwined together. Science at its nascent stage fails to reach there. Hope this helped!
