Hello sir I got my tailbone injured on July 1st 2022 by hitting on a hard surface. Although it was not from much distance but it hurted a lot. Now, though m able to sit at a 90 degree but it hurts while I lean backwards. My xray shows normal. But a local chiropractor examined and told its bent. M confused n suffering. Plz help. Using ring cushion for sitting.

Tailbone doesn’t need an atomic reduction . Please don’t go for any manipulation Need to assess you properly Will need to c ur tests U can consult online if u want Hope that helps !!!

Aap apne tailbone (coccyx bone test)ka MRI karwa lo usme clear pata chal jayega, mujhe bhi yahi problem he yadi aap kahi treatment le rahe ho to mujhe bhi bata dena

Hi,I have tailbone pain from last year.I took medicine from an arthopadic doctor but temporarily relief my pain .When I left medicine pain start again. How many times we do exercise in a day .

Each exercise 8 to 10 repetition atleast three sets of each Hold exercises for atleast 10 seconds !! Can increase up to 30 seconds

Reena It depends on the clinical examination of the patient but if it’s not an acute disc and u r not in severe pain u can do

I m also suffering from sacroilitis problem. So can I do this exercises for tailbone pain? But sir plz tell me, these exercises will give the effects in how many days? Bcz sir even I m not able to sit properly bcz of this pain. Severe pain is in my hip area
