i am running a very small muffler after the cat rn on 04 v70 2.5t and it sounds similar. only thing is it vibrates like hell at 2k-3.5k rpm

I also have a 2007 Volvo V70 D5 with Stage 1, Dpf and Egr delete. Know i want to delete the cat. Is it necessary to delete the cat on the ecu or not?

If dpf is deleted on ecu then you don't need to do anything.

@@vladd1825 Not sure if that Torque app shows all correct.. Btw. My tuned turbo is on sale here in Finland. I paid 1200€ and drove 10tkm with it before I sold my Volvo. Price is now 700€
