I would keep the spoiler black and see what it looks like first & have you thought of spraying all the rough plastic trims with primer, sand them down smooth then wrap over the top so the whole car is colour coded 🔥

Personally i dont think black wheels would be the best option i would wrap the whole car and put some rose gold or copper paint on the wheels, blacm roof black wheels is heavily over done and as youre going all out with the wrap might aswell be different with the wheels

Love the colour mate it's gunna look great! Had to change the oil pressure sensor on my 320d about a week ago. Was inspired to diagnose and fix it myself after seeing you tinkering with the temperature issue. Less than a tenner for the sensor and a 24mm spanner so saved myself a decent bit of beer money. Keep up the good work lad!

Nice job with the oil light fix. You probably already know but those side protector strips are just stuck on. I took mine off with a heat gun but you just gotta be patient with removing them as it could damage the body but as your wrapping it I guess that doesn’t matter a lot. Definitely spray the rear fog lights as I did that to mine and makes it look 10 times better. And you can get dark side repeaters which look better. With the spoiler, I reckon leave it black to go with the roof. The plastic arches and side skirts, if you want to spray them black which would look amazing, you gotta properly sand them down as if you just spray over the top, the finish turns out crap, trust me I know. Put in the time to sand them down first and it will be worth it. Matt black would look the business. A smooth tailgate also looks great but I guess that could be a future project. Keep up the good work man, I loved modifying my corsa all those years ago 👍🏻

Strange colour but u think it will work.. Bmw grey on wheels would go well with it.. The rubber strips down the sides are just held of with tape.. Boiling water some kind of fishing wire or cheese wire followed with a toffee wheel for that. The vauxhall badge on boot does have 2 holes behind it from what I remember.. And those arch trims on the bumper come off every time u hit a puddle

Keep spoiler black, if you want a quick freshen up for the trims black shoe polish pad will do the trick works a charm

You can use a heat gun on the plastic trims/arches which brings the oils back to the surface making them look brand new and can then protect with some kind of product. I used gtechnik C4 and stayed fresh after many washes.. just don’t go to close with the heat gun work slowly and you’ll see the colour been restored

Where the sxi badge is get a vinyl decal made and put it under the wrap for a embossed effect

KENTeurope do a textured spray for plastic trim like that brings it back to OEM I'd drop them an email, I'd also wrap the edge of the rear bumper that runs into the boot in a darker or carbon fiber material I've done this on a few cars now and stops and scratches when putting stuff in and out of the boot 👌 can't wait to see what this looks like when done 👏👏

Them door strips just pull off like the sxi badges just a bit of heat and you can peel them away from the body you will be left with the sticky black residue like the badges which is a bit tedious to get off but would look 💯 better without them 👍 wrapping looks easy but you'll find out 😂 just take your time mate

The plastic trims would look better black I think, before you paint them try and apply heat to them with a hairdryer/heat gun, the heat will bring the oil in the plastic back to life and the results might be better than spraying them. Also the wrap would not stick to the plastic. Hope this helps.

Be careful when washing the car, I know those holes for the electrical connectors for the rear tail lights lead into the boot, so you may get some water into the boot, I know this because mine used to leak from there due to poor seals 😂. Great video, love the colour and good to see Millie helping out as well 😂

4:11 Strange question mate. I’ve got the same car and when I bought it it was covered in dog hairs. On the side of the door in the front I cleaned the hair off a bit to strongly and the cloth has kind of come loose from the door if you know what I mean. Any idea if it’s possible to stick it back?

The wrap won’t stick to the plastic bits of trim due to the texture, it won’t stick to anything unless it’s properly painted or primed. Also it would be easier for you as a amateur to wrapping that you leave the bumpers on. They’re sturdier and you can handle the material better when wrapping. Also get it inside mate, vinyl need to be kept somewhat warm or room temperature, even wrapping it. If you wrap the car outside chances are it’ll be peeling off in a week even if you post heat it correctly.

The side moulds are stuck on the same as the sxi badge as I have deleted mine 👌 make sure you get a toffee wheel to remove the glue though
