Ja Rule isn't a terrible rapper, but HE IS NOT a lyrist!!! In addition, most of his hits are from his collaborations ( J Lo, Ashanti, Jay Z, Christina Milan, etc). Does anyone know ( or remember) his solo singles? Biggy Smalls may only have had 2 albums , but his music still resonates with people today. That is simply not the case with Ja Rule

He's ok but definitely not in the top 50 lol 🤭🤭 Like man Bye. They have rappers who stand the test of time and music is still very popular now and Ja rule fell off for a time and was a nobody for a while. When is the last time his music even charted? And by himself not a feature on someone else's song. All the artists that are on that list are always being talked about and trending and can stand on there own and hold there own .
