Found you must insert fully If Mike on headset is not correct, audio on call muffled. Had to learn you have to fully seat in ear.

Can you hear a difference between anc turned on and without it turned on? I heard their firmware had a problem with anc but they recently fixed it

Help! Bought a brand new pair of unopened, new in box, Elite 7 Pro’s off of EBay. Left side pairs and works fine. Right earbud will not pair and shows no led lights of any kind. Not sure what to do.

Bought Jabra elite7 pro last week. Right after I downloaded jabra sound+ app, my debit card got unauthorised overseas charges. I'm still following up with bank to reject any pending charges and return my money for those that went thru.

after update the firmware 2.2.0, ANC improve, but it amplifies my sound call too, and it became very low

wtf why can't anyone simple record the audio of what the bone conduction sounds like. Absolutely no one did that. What worthless "reviewers"
